Introduction.
This is a two-night safari staying in a Masai Mara mid-range tented camp. The safari starts from Nairobi through the Rift Valley viewpoint to Masai Mara. You will have an afternoon game drive on the first day and a full-day drive on the second day with a picnic lunch. On the third day, you will have a morning game drive then leave for Nairobi for drop-off at your hotel.
Arrival: You'll be collected from the airport.
Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
We will pick you up from your hotel or residence and proceed southwards. We will drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. We will go on an afternoon game drive in the reserve, which is well-known for its rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plains game, black-maned lion, leopard and cheetah. It also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Return to your Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch included. Visit the Mara River where there is a concentration of plenty of wildlife. Enjoy your lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos and other animals in the water. You have the option to visit the Maasai villages today. Return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve- Nairobi
After an early breakfast, proceed for a morning game drive and later depart to Nairobi with a picnic lunch on the way. On arrival, we will drop you off at your hotel.
