Kenya Budget Safari tour.
Duration: 11 days / 10 nights.
Highlights: Nairobi, Tsavo West, Amboseli, Hells Gate, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara.
Activities: Wildebeest Migration, Photography, Culture, wildlife and sightseeing.
Accommodation: 3/ 2 Star Lodges / camps.

Day 1 - Arrival / Nairobi.
Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our Airport you will be met by our Airport representative and assisted to board your transfer for a short transfer to your Nairobi hotel for overnight. A city tour enroute to your hotel where you have been booked on bed & breakfast Basis.

Day 2 – Nairobi / Tsavo West.
After breakfast we depart for Tsavo west. We enter the Tsavo West national park  in the mid-morning and commence game viewing in search of elephants, giraffe, zebra, ostrich, lion, eland, kudu, gazelle etc.
After lunch and afternoon rest we proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive with a visit to the rhino sanctuary.

Distance: Nairobi / Tsavo West: 250 km / 5 hours.

Day 3 – Full day Tsavo West National Park.
Two game drives are scheduled for this day. We test this old saying by embarking on an early morning game spotting and scenery viewing drive at the Tsavo west National Park.
The african sunrise, the freshness and beauty of the wild together with the animal sightings shall be the highlights of our morning.
We shall spectate as the browsers and predators move about unperturbed by the human presence.
We shall head to the Mzima Springs where we view hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish and a variety of bird species.
The greenery surrounding the springs is a welcome contrast to the arid  terrain that forms the bulk of the  Tsavo West.

Day 4 – Tsavo west / Amboseli.
After breakfast depart for Amboseli with a game drive enroute. The 100 kms drive to the Amboseli national park shall be through wild country.
We arrive at our Amboseli in the mid-morning.
We shall relax and while it away until the late afternoon when we set out to explore the Amboseli  national park on a game viewing drive.
Game viewing will be a leisurely activity with animals easily seen and with the bulk of Mount Kilimanjaro providing the back-drop for photography.
Clouds may open up and the sight of of the snow peaked mount  Kilimanjaro will leave us mesmerized.
Overnight: Kibo Safari Camp -
Meals FB: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Distance: Tsavo west – Amboseli: 100 km / 1.5 hours.

Day 5 – Full day Amboseli.
Today enjoy an extended game drive in Amboseli which is an International Biosphere Reserve featuring the dried-out lakebed of prehistoric Lake Amboseli, rolling savannah and lush green swamps. The plains offer numerous antelopes, spotted hyenas, jackals, warthogs, olive baboons, vervet monkeys and the chance of spotting a lion, leopard or cheetah.
Observation Hill, a conical peak, which is easily climbed, offers stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will return to the lodge in time for late lunch. Rest of the afternoon spend at leisure enjoying the lodge facilities.

Day 6 - Amboseli / Hells Gate / Lake Naivasha.
Breakfast and depart for Lake Naivasha via Nairobi. We descend down towards the Great Rift Valley and into Hells Gate for 2 hour guided trekking the gorge. Later drive further through the floor of great rift to arrive at your Lodge in time for delicious hot lunch. In the afternoon enjoy a 2 hour boat ride.
Overnight: Fish Eagle inn -
Meals FB: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Distance: Amboseli / Lake Naivasha: 350 km / 5 hours.

Day 7 – Lake Naivasha / Lake Nakuru.
After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru arriving early morning for amazing game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its abundant birdlife. The Park offers a great chance to different bird species depending on water level you will witness thousands of greater & lesser flamingoes, pelicans around the shores of the lake alongside abundant mammals that include endangered rothchild giraffe, black & white rhino, buffaloes, waterbuck, elands, zebras among other species. Picnic lunch boxes at baboon cliff. Later return to Lake Naivasha for dinner and overnight.

Distance: Lake Naivasha / Lake Nakuru: 80 km /1 hour.

Day 8 – Lake Naivasha / Masai Mara.
Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive through the floor of Great Rift Valley stopping enroute at the Great Rift Valley view point to arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Lunch and leisurely afternoon before enjoying scheduled evening game drive. Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular reserve known for the big skies, open savannahs as featured in the film ''Out of Africa''. Also accorded the status of the seventh wonder of the world because of the annual wildebeest migration, where over 2 millions of wildebeest cross from Serengeti to the Mara. Besides these the reserve boasts of the ''big five'' (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion & leopard) plus plenty of plain wild animals that include zebra, giraffe, impala, topi, giraffe, thomson's gazelle, hyenas, cheetah, jackal, bat-eared foxes and birdlife. No wonder it is the shooting sight for BBC Big Cat Diary every year.

Distance: Lake Naivasha  / Maasai Mara: 200 km / 4 hours.

Day 9 & 10 – Full Day Trailling the Migration in Maasai Mara.
Today you will do a full day's safari in one of the world's most famous reserves visiting Mara River where the annual migration will be happening. Maasai Mara  offers an abundance of herbivores, this makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya's famous ‘big cats' and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains, and for the annual migration of the wildebeest.

Overnight: Manyatta Camp -

Day 11 – Maasai Mara / Nairobi.
Today wake up early for morning game drive and amazing Africa sunrise before returning to the camp for full breakfast and check out. Afterwards we descent down to the great rift valley stopping at the great rift valley view point to arrive Nairobi in the afternoon. Where you will be dropped at Airport for your homebound flight.

Meals B: Breakfast.
Distance: Masai Mara / Nairobi: 300 km / 5 hours.
