Day 1 - Arrival / Aberdares National Park.
Pick up from the jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi Hotel and depart Nairobi driving north past the lush pineapple, coffee and tea plantation in Kenya's reach highland arriving Aberdare Country Club, base hotel for the tree lodge in time for lunch. After lunch transfer in lodge vehicles to The Ark located right in the Aberdare National Park with small overnight bags while the rest of baggage is left at the base hotel. The decks and balconies at the Ark are geared towards affording easy game viewing and photography.

Distance: Nairobi – Aberdares: 180 km / 2.5 hours.

Day 2 - Ark/Lake Nakuru.
After breakfast at the Ark you rejoin your driver guide stopping enroute at the eaquotor. Drive further through the floor of Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. Lunch and leisurely afternoon before enjoying scheduled evening game drive.
Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its abundant birdlife. The Park offers a great chance to see thousands of greater & lesser flamingoes, pelicans around the shores of the lake alongside abundant mammals that include endangered rothchild giraffe, black & white rhino, buffaloes, waterbuck, elands, zebras among other species.

Distance: Ark – Lake Nakuru: 140 km / 2.5 hours.

Day 3 – Lake Nakuru / Maasai Mara.
Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast driving through the floor of the Great Rift Valley arriving Maasai Mara in time for lunch. Lunch and leisurely afternoon before enjoying scheduled evening game drive. Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular reserve  known for the big skies, open savannahs as featured in the film ''Out of Africa''. Also accorded the status of the seventh wonder of the world because of the annual wildebeest migration, where over 2 millions of wildebeest cross from Serengeti to the Mara. Besides these the reserve boasts of the ''big five'' (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion &
leopard) plus plenty of plain wild animals that include zebra, giraffe, impala, topi, giraffe, thomson's gazelle, hyenas, cheetah, jackal, bat-eared foxes and birdlife. No wonder it is the shooting sight for BBC Big Cat Diary every year.

Day 4 - Maasai Mara Full Day.
Today you will do a full day's safari in one of the world's most famous reserves. Maasai Mara  offers an abundance of herbivores, this makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya's famous ‘big cats' and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains, and for the annual migration of the wildebeest.

Day 5 - Maasai Mara Full Day.
After breakfast depart for Nairobi where arriving in early afternoon. Later transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your short flight to Entebbe Kampala.On your arrival, Africa Celebrity safaris representative will welcome you to Uganda at Entebbe airport and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala.

Day 6 - Leave for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
We leave after breakfast for our trip to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for an ultimate Gorilla experience. Uganda is a country with spectacular landscapes, many bird species, cultural sites, and Traditional Homesteads that you see along your journey. We shall make a brief stopover at the Equator to take pictures on both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. Lunch will be in Mbarara or after arriving in the Park later in the evening.

Day 7 - Ultimate Gorilla tracking Experience.
You will need to wake up early in preparation for a remarkable day with the gentle giants of Bwindi. This Hiking through the Impenetrable forest is an adventurous, fulfilling and unique experience as you trek the Gorillas. Once you locate them, you are allowed one hour with them.

Day 8 - Bwindi / Entebbe International Airport.
After an exhilarating day yesterday, you will embark on the journey back to Kampala. Today marks the end of your Adventurous tour in Uganda. Transfer to the Airport in Entebbe to catch your flight back home
